1. Returns Eligibility:
You may return any unused and undamaged crockery items within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item(s) must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
Crockery items that have been used, damaged, or broken after delivery.
Items without their original packaging or missing their original receipt.
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as cutlery sets or personalised items may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
Certain last-in-line or special-to-order goods may also be non-returnable and will be flagged accordingly on the MGH website or catalogue.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt of the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and we may require photo evidence of the damage or defect.
Glass, and consumables are warranted to be free from defect on delivery only and any damage caused due to delivery must be reported to MGH within 24 hours to qualify for replacement, repair or refund at MGH’s discretion.
4. Refund Method:
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the same form of payment used during the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
5. Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Certain items, such as knives must be returned in adequate postal packaging for health and safety reasons.
6. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
7. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund or replacement as requested.
8. Exchange Policy:
We do not have an automatic exchange policy. If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
